    Anthropologists have long been fascinated with the ability of light and sound to stir or calm our emotions, the beat of a war drum to rally a tribe, the beat of a heart to calm a baby. Delta (1-3 Hertz)

Program 1.(60 Minutes)

Introduction  Demonstration. 

A very brief tour of strong stimulation, powerfull visuals and a hint of relaxation. Too short  for beneficial effects but a good way to experience the technology. Let your friends try this, then a longer program when they beg for more.

Program 2. (20 Minutes)

Relaxation trainer. 

Beginning at a mid-Beta levd and sweeping through the upper Beta range to capture and entrain, then gently descends to deep Theta and maintains this level for several minutes of profound meditative relaxation. Use this program daily for 21 or more days in combination with the relaxation training cassette to develop the "relaxation response" that will then be activated by just a deep breath whenever a calming influenec is needed.

Program 3. (30 Minutes)

Theta Learning. 

An eight minute relaxation "ramp" down to the ideal Theta level for intensive visualisation and retention for 20 minutes, then a rapid return to full alertness. Use with any cassette materials you wish to commit to memory, especially effective with hypnosis tapes for personal change and improvement. 

Program 4.( 25 Minutes)

Relax into sleep. 

A powerful trainer for easily:going to sleep at night.Use at bedtime with soft music or low tone only. Use during the day for a short nap. requency gently ramps down to Alpha for deep relaxation, then slowly decreases into Delta, lulling you into natural sleep before quietly ending.

Program 5. (36 Minutes)

Earth Harmony  

A gentle relaxation period followed by a constant stimulation at 7.83 Hz., the Shumann Resonance frequency of the earth's magnetic field. Modes change from synchronous to alternating. Recommend a prone position with head to the North.

Program 6. (25 Minutes)

Beta Wave 

A high energy stimulating program. Use to "psych-up" for athletic or intellectual activity and high motivation. Combine with high energy music or motivational cassettes.

Program 7. (30 Minutes)

K-Complex

Program 8. (36 Minutes)

All in left / right expansive mode for greater hemispherie "crosstalk", associated with enhanced imagination, creative thinking and problem solving. Many artists and musicians use this program for inspiration. Try outlining your problems or creative goals, review them mentally, then relax with this program before bedtime. Users report lucid dreaming and creative new ideas and solutions just before awakening the following morning. 

Program 9. (30 Minutes)

K-Complex Creativity 

A supercharged approach to crealive thinking and heightened awareness. A stimulating program similar to K-Complex with emphasis on the creative left / right modes. Best used in the morning or mid-day.

Program 10. (40 Minutes)

Carefree 

A gentle relaxation into the Alpha level. Use this for pure enjoyment, music appreciation, a short "vacation".

Program 11. (75 Minutes)

The Great Escape 

Deep relaxation followed by a long period in restfull Delta. Enjoy using this during long air trips where jetting could interfere with your efficiency upon arrival; then use program 5, 6, or 8 during the hour before arrival for maximum alertness and to reset your "body-clock".

Program 12. (45 Minutes)

Extended Theta Learning

Similar to program No, 2, with a longer "learning" period in Theta. Use with longer behavior modification cassettes or with cassettes you have scripted yourself for any learning purpose.

Program 13. (30 Minutes)

Alpha-Theta Wave

A repeating wave of frequencies between 5 Hz and 12 Hz. Good exercise in moving between levels of relaxed awareness. Also excellent for just relaxing with your favorite music.

Program 14. (30 Minutes)

Regression & Recall. 

Special conditioning program to enhance ability to recall past events and assist in regression activity. Experiential evidence suggests that alternate stimulation of eyes / ears promotes access to regressive activity and memory. Try this, then follow it with a deep relaxation program.

Program 15. (15 Minutes)

Cat Nap

Quick relaxation down to Delta for a ten minute nap. ractice this to develop the "Thomas Edison Vacation" skill and restore your energies quickly. Much better than a coffee break. 

Program 16. (60 Minutes)

Ultra Deep .Relaxation

One of the favorite programs in our ten year history. Ten minutes of deep inductive relaxation followed by 44 minutes in a gentle wave which reaches Delta sleep threshold before returning to full alertness.
